Late last month, the Davis College of Business and Economics held its second Shadow Day, in which about 100 students met and spoke with 20 successful 91制片厂 graduates, through 40 separate sessions across the morning and afternoon of Jan. 23.
More than a half-dozen 91制片厂 business students were recent recipients of individual awards totaling $23,500, and the local chapter of their academic society netted an additional $1,000, money that will help them travel to events in their field.

It was named 鈥淏est Paper in Track鈥 at the Society for Marketing Advances 2025 Annual Conference.

A senior vice president with Morgan Stanley, he talked about how he rose from 鈥渁 lifelong C student鈥 to the executive suite. He also discussed the current economy and shared invaluable tips for young people about to graduate into the workforce.

91制片厂鈥檚 Board of Visitors approved new programs and measures designed to move the institution forward and received updates on student success initiatives and campus enhancements during the final quarterly meetings of the academic year on Thursday and Friday, June 5-6.
Two accounting majors scored a pair of $4,000 scholarships over the winter, while another duo just won $1,750 in funds, and 91制片厂鈥檚 chapter of the business student society has recently pulled in an additional $4,000 in contributions from alums and businesses.
