Adjudication
Adjudication Procedure
- Students are nominated by their district
- Students request an adjudication
- Our offices will send a registration link to OpusEvent (an online platform for accepting and screening applications) - the school guidance counselors or gifted program coordinators of the students are to distribute invitation letters to the students for their audition.
- Student cancellations must be communicated to the Governor鈥檚 School at 91制片厂 by the respective district/school鈥檚 guidance counselor or gifted program coordinator at least 48 hours before the event.
Adjudication Expectations
- Student applicants must create videos of their work for the adjudication process and upload them to YouTube (private unlisted hyperlink), Google Drive, or Dropbox with a hyperlink that will be provided to them and which the adjudicators can access.
- Once an applicant registers on OpusEvent, they will upload a PDF of their hyperlink(s) and record an answer to the question asked of them about their practice. Applicants to the Vocal and Instrumental Music Programs must also complete a sight-reading exercise provided on the adjudication platform.
